New proud (& happy) rotel owner!

Well after having a lot of different systems, I finally made the jump to Rotel! I have been drooling over Rotel stuff for about two years now and this is what I got:

Rotel RSP-1066
Rotel RMB-1075 and RB-1070 (for front channels), running 7.1
Rotel RDV-1080, DVD and DVD-A player
All of these are the silver face plate, way cool!

I am running the new Mirage Omni series 250's as front speakers with 5 Omnisat's for the center and surrounds with a Mirage OM-200 sub. My TV is a Pioneer Elite PRO-510.

All I can say is "WOW" - this system is the best I have ever heard, it is simply beyond words to describe - I don't think I could be happier with my home theater!!

Welcome to Club Rotel, I admire your patience (two years, wow).

I am also running Mirage speakers (OM7's-Front, OC-2 Center). It works very well with the Rotel RSP-1066, and Rotel RMB-1095, it certainly makes the Mirage's sing and dance.

I'm working on purchasing the RB-1080 for front channel, however that is further down the road. Hopefully you can become a member of the Mirage Forum that Lex is creating (just kidding Lex ).

Good Luck on your new gear and again congratulations you won't be disappointed.

You and Azeke both have Mirage. I'm probably more curious as to how their line sounds than any, but there are no dealers anywhere near where I live. So, if you guys have time, you might want to post your impressions over at the Audio or HT board here at HTGuide.

There are no Mirage dealers here in Nevada, either. I had to go to a Tweeter store in Southern California to audition - but I'm sure glad that I did!

Congrats and Welcome Scott.

I love my Mirage gear.

OM-6 (mains)
OM-C2 (center)
OM-R2 (rear surround)
BPS-400 (BASS)
Rotel 1066/1095 feeding 'em

I think I might get a set of those Omni's for the rear centers, and move my OM-R2 to the surround postion.

I guess I would need another amp as well eh? Maybe a 1090 for the Mains? :twisted:

And of course more interconnects and speaker wire courtesy of CatCables.

It's in my plan, but probably not short term.
