It's possible but unlikely. The DSP is quite different in the MC-12. I'm not sure what engine they would run it on in the DC/MC series, but it would take a significant amount of coding.
How much are you willing to pay for it?
In any event, I'm sure all the coding work for the next few months will be on getting the MC-12 out the door and then bug fixes. So I don't imagine them even starting for months if ever on DPLII for the DC-1.
OTOH, you've already got Logic 7; until there are releases encoded using DPLII technology, you should remain a healthy, non-green-with-envy colour...

by RickyLast week, I sold my MC1 and one of my Citation 5.1 amps. My 2nd 5.1 amp is going to a friend later this month. I am replacing this wonderful combo with: DC1 version 4.0, Rogue Magnum 66 tube preamp with HT unity gain bypass, Parasound 2200II 250x2 amp, and Parasound 1205A 140x5 amp. For just a couple... -

High end companies either do a direct rebadged and sell it for a huge profit or they design their own but...-

by RickyJust wondering if any former or current Lexicon DC1/DC2/MC1 owners think these Lexicons compare to the newer prepros for DVD sound? I am not talking about features. Just how does it make a 5.1/6.1 DVD sound?-

by ejfiiiThis is such a noobie question I am almost embarassed to ask it. But I was watching tv last night in DPLII and I just had to wonder why the sides and center backs are so rarely heard. Sure, they make noise, but a lot of the time to make sure they are even on, I have to stick my ear up to them.
