I am a Levinson owner and Lexicon.
My stereo system is made up of the following:
Transport: 31.5
DAC: 360s
Pre amp: 380s
Power amp: 336
Speakers are: B&W 802N
Love the set up and sound.
Home Theatre:
Lexicon MC8b
Power amps:
Proceed HPA3 and Amp 5. -
FWIW, I have a Levinson No. 23 power amp and a Proceed PRE pre amp.There are some things which are impossible to know, but it is impossible to know which things these are. :scratchhead:

Finally, Proceed has made an announcement about the forthcoming upgrade for the AVP. Quite frankly, they are pretty vague about specific features and the cost, but at least they have made an announcement. What follows is the announcement from their web page (Proceed/Mark Levinson News):

Is Lexicon considered higher end than Proceed? Can anybody compare the 2 channel sound of the MC-12B to the Proceed AVP (2)? I figure the MC-8 will be a similar sound to the MC-12 and was trying to get an idea of how it would compare to Proceed.

I hear that ML 432+B&W 802N is a Great Combination!!! Not Sure.
My 6BSST+802N combination is Ok. But, The Brightness & Hollowness is really unbearable at times. I had to reduce the Treble on my Lexicon for that.
