Not for Integra, sorry.
However, the following link on RemoteCentral had the codes embedded in a compete ccf file - you should be able to get them from that - depending on your Pronto model.

Some people find they get null values instead of IR codes in their CCFs from time to time. This is almost always a case where the user is opening CCF's with different versions of pronto edit. I am using a Pronto .ccf which I think is good, but not great, for the RDC-7.
If people would email me their's, I'd be more than happy to take a crack at coming up with a consolidated "Best-of" .ccf and redistribute.

I was wondering if anyone could help me with the discrete IR codes for the 10.5 that I can use in programming my Philips Pronto. I've got some from a DTR 9.4, but there are other functions and I/O that need to be controlled. BTW, I've already looked at the RemoteCentral site.
