    Zero's for IR codes?

Some people find they get null values instead of IR codes in their CCFs from time to time. This is almost always a case where the user is opening CCF's with different versions of pronto edit. Because pronto edit 2 uses the built in data base it assumes that will be present when you open the CCF. If that CCF was created in pronto edit 1.05 there is no database so it get's confused and you end up with the zero's. If you try to open a CCF from version 2 in 1.05 pronto edit will crash. So what you should do is install both 1.05 and version 2 on your PC. First try opening any CCF you get with 1.05 if it opens then great you know it was made in 1.05 and will work fine for your remote. If however it fails open it with version 2.0 and use the save as option to save it as an old CCF. This will remove the links to the database and allow pronto edit 1.05 to open it with the IR codes intact. Hope that helps some people.

    Pronto .ccf for the RDC-7
    by dschamis
I am using a Pronto .ccf which I think is good, but not great, for the RDC-7.

If people would email me their's, I'd be more than happy to take a crack at coming up with a consolidated "Best-of" .ccf and redistribute.

Additional Rotel IR codes for RSX-1055?
    by Eiffel
I recently purchased a Rotel RSX-1055, and have already interfaced it with my Home Theater PC via its serial interface (which works like a charm).

When I look at the commands available on the standard Rotel remote (RR-1050) or in the CCF file that Rotel provides, I find that many useful...

    Hello fellow AVP owners,

I am working on setting up my home automation controller, but I can't find discrete on/off codes for my AVP. Does anyone have a Pronto ccf file with these defined?

    Thanks for the help!
