Lexicon MC4 vs Parasound c2

Has anybody compared these two, if so what are your thoughts?
Which would get the nod.

In my general opnion, I perfer the Lexicon sound/tone better then Parasound. Parasounds always seemed to be on the brighter side of things. #exicon always seemed neutral to me.

Both companies are top notch maybe giving the slight edge to Lexicon but Depending on your speakers, I can't see you going wrong here.
