    Any News From Parasound?

    I was still holding out to see if Parasound was going to have an HDMI preamp offering...

    I love my C2 and my A21 and A51, but I have already replaced my bedroom system with an Onkyo TX-SR805. I have to say it does a great job. It's not near the sound quality of the C2, but everything is hooked up via HDMI and the new HD sound formats sound great. This is acceptable for my bedroom system.

    I see there are quite a few HDMI preamps either out or coming out, Dennon, Onkyo, B&W, Rotel but still not a word from Parasound?

    If anyone knows of anything real in the pipeline please can you give us some reason to wait.

      i heard some news over on the avs fourm. I will try to dig it up or try checking over there.

          I'm hearing some scuttlebutt, but nothing firm. Personally, I wouldn't be too surprised.

          (sorry I've been out for a while, my laptop seems to have died)

              Hei guys

              Long time no see

              Well for me it is to late anyways,the C2 has been put out for sale and a new Lexicon MC 12 HD is on its way.

              I have been moving and got a dedicated HT room with a new Synthesis setup and the C2 was not up for the job any more...

              If thay only had come with some updates,but no.
              I will keep the amps however and if something will come in the future I will maybe consider it...

                      I noticed today that Parasound's website now shows a page with information on the "New Classic" line of products. There are product sheets for the models, and the page also promises a "Model 2250 power amplifier and Model 2000 remote-controlled stereo preamplifier" are coming soon....

                      Talked to a dealer today in Louisiana who called me back after calling Parasound regarding the new equipment. He was in Atlanta for the no show of Parasound, btw. Anyway they told him Q1 2010 for the C3/Hdp 70 and that there is a JC3 coming. I would really like to hear...
