There were some previous posts about getting Parasound gear from Media Design center. I am in the market for another A23 and contacted Brent. I haven't purchased the amp yet, but did make seating purchase through him. These are the things I know.
1) Brent's prices are significantly better on Parasound than Audio Advisor and he will ship to you. So for those of you (like me) that don't have a local distributor, I would recommend Media Design Center for you purchase.
2) I wanted a custom set of seating with a non-standard set of options. When there was a problem with the factory with my seating order. I contacted Brent and he proved to be a very stand up guy. He went beyond my expectations to make things right. When the chairs arrived they were perfect.
