Hi
I connected the analog outputs from the CD player to the balanced input of the C2 while there was already connected and assigned a digital input from the same CD player. The balanced input was in bypass mode but sound was coming from the front center speaker as well. The whole sound was smeared and confused. After some investigation I realised that sound from the digital input was coming in PL II mode, the last mode selected for that input. On top of that was played the sound from the balanced inputs. I had to assign the digital input to a non active one or have the digital cable disconnected to get the sound it was supposed to get. This is not any big deal problem but rather odd behavior IMHO. I have some DTS CDs that need the digital connection and sometimes I prefer to bypass the C2 completely through the balanced inputs. Do I need to go through the setup and re assign the digital input every time or is there any workaround?
