Well, I finally had a problem with a Parasound product. I currently have (2) A21's, (2) A23's and a C2 processor. One of my A21's started showing an over heating light. The amp was cool to the touch so it was some kind of sensor problem. Sent it back to Parasound and in 2 weeks it was back with the over heating light problem fixed.
Brent Huskins was also instrumental in getting this problem fixed and I would like to publicly thank him. Good customer service is getting harder and harder to find.
