I am hooking up my Martin Logan Depth subwoofer to my Halo C1 processor. I am using the subwoofer unbalanced preout connection for hooking up the sub's LFE input for multichannel playback. However, with 2 channel playback, I have to hook up the Left and Right unbalanced preout connection on the C1 to the subs left and right input. Now, the questions is that I have my A51 connected via balanced preout connections. Does the processor send both unbalanced and balanced signals out the left and right preouts in tandem, or only one or the other?

iceman- I'm pretty sure this came up a year or so ago, and the answer was that yes, it does simultaneously output signals to the balanced and unbalanced out jacks.

Yep, both work at the same time. You may want to consider using 1 or both of your programmable channels though. That way you can rely on the processor to customize what is sent to the sub based on your preference. You can mix the front Left and Right channels into one signal below a certain frequency and send that on one or two cables to the sub if you prefer.
Being that I'm a Martin Logan dealer...you're going to like that combo! Everybody I’ve sold one to loves the Descents and Depths. Very smooth, detailed and powerful bass. Great for Movies and Music. They're 2 of the best subwoofer deals around.

So I went, and was TOTALLY blown away by the performance. For a while now, I've thought that my next (and last) speaker...-

I have been reading online about the SVS PB12-NSD. It looks like a fantastic deal for the price and am just wondering how it compares to something like a Martin Logan Grotto or Martin Logan Depth, as I have heard the Martin Logans and like them. I listened to the B&W 610xp since it has good reviews...-

by theMaximusI currently have KEF PSW-2500 subwoofer complementing B&W 704 and HTM7. I am looking for a new subwoofer. I'm considering Martin Logan Dynamo and was wondering if anyone had any experience with that sub. I'm not looking for a sub that shakes the whole house, but what I am looking for is a sub...-

by tboooeHi, so I am in the market for some new floorstanders as an upgrade to my recently sold 805S. I have already budgeted money for either the 804S or 803S. While auditioning both I also listened to some other speakers, just to make sure I truly wanted to stay with B&W. Of course there are many other...-
