Tube output CDP or Pre Amp w/ Parasound Halo Amps?

Has anyone ever tried or experienced (heard) a Parasound Halo amp (A21), being fed with a CDP or Pre-Amp with a tube output stage, in two channel audio?

Or the C2 being fed a CDP w/tube output in two channel audio?

Would love to hear some thoughts/opionions on how it sounds.

Tony, do you mean tubed-output as in something like Musical Fidelity's tube stage buffer? Or an actual tube preamp, like the kinds by Cary or CJ?

Musical Fidelity's tubed outputs on their CD players are very hard to beat. Probably the best CD players available. They blend very well in a Halo environment.

Yeah. Or any player or Pre Amp with a tube output stage.

For example: The MF A5, Lector CDP 7T, Eastern Electronics Minimax and so forth. And yeah, even the Pre Amps.
