    N802 rollers

    Hi guys,

I am a latest proud owner of the N802 -

    One question:
How do you stop the N802 from rolling? Refering to the "ball bearings" at the base of the speaker.

    cheers!

I use rubber furniture "cups" the type that go under chair legs, one for each roller. Alternately, you might get a carpet square to set each speaker on.

I believe that you are only suppose to use those for getting the speaker into position. The included spikes are meant to be installed for normal use.

        Question for N802 Owners?
        by Amarkus1
I just got my N802 Demos. I got everything but the spikes and or rubber feet. Now are the 802's supposed to come with spikes and feet to replace the rollers? And if so are they a special type of spike? I ask this because I have a set of 6mm Soundcare spikes from my 803's. I assumed I could use...

        Got my N802's!
        by Amarkus1
Well I received my N802's last night and I am very very happy. I picked up a set of excellent condition demos for a good price. I decided to go that route over any of the D series, because I already have N series center and rears. I did not want to have to upgrade all of my speakers. I am upgrading...

        N802 vs 803D
        by Jeff
I have read all the comparisons between the N802 and the new 803D's. What I can determine, most (not all) feel the N802 have not been beat by the 803D's. Each speaker has it's strong point, but niether is the clear winner. IMO the speaker with the best midrange/tweeter combo should win (for a number...

N803 upgrade to N802, Is it worthwhile?
        by chin kwan
I am currently using Proceed PAV+PDSD feeding Proceed Amplification for the center channel, using Mark Levinson 23.5 driving front channels, cheap amplifier driving the rear surrounds.

My current set-up are as follows: N803, HTM1 and SCM1. I had a Mirage BPS-400 sub that I sold recently.....

        by jclyle
        Hey-
With the colder weather setting in & more time being spent indoors, I feel a nasty case of upgraditis coming soon... A question for the N802 owners out there.. what size room do you have them in? I have a 12x15 living room that is for stereo stuff only. one side has a doorway that opens...
