Did B&W company become an American company?

I always wonder, when a company/group acquires another company, if the acquired company's nation is considered changed as well. For example, Eva Automation had acquired B&W a few years ago, did the British B&W become an American company? No?Now I read the news that Sound United acquired or about to acquire B&W, is B&W still considered as a British company or should it be considered as an American company?
The universe arises from definitionless awareness.

American Dreamz is a tv show, modelled after American Idol, and the show's host is Hugh Grant, modelled after Simon Cowell, and Dennis...

... you like character study films, because this is exactly what The American is, pure and simple. There's not a lot of action, but when it happens, it is quite realistic. George Clooney is great as the disturbed and weary assassin who is coming to terms with what his life has been all about and now...
