I have a dedicated room with a 7.1 setup and 3 rows of seating. My fronts are 804D2, centre is BTM2D2, surrounds are 685 S1 as surrounds and rears are 686 S1. The room is 7.5 x 4 metres and the surrounds are hanging on the side and rears to back wall. Because of of multi row seating I tried to optimize the surrounds for row 1 and 2 by positioning them just behind the front down and a bit ahead of the 2nd row. I’m starting to wonder if the front row which is the sweet spot is compromised by this placement. Will moving the surrounds to besides front row be better than where they are positioned
