    Controlling DB1 by remote

    Hi guys

I have 2 presets that I programmed on my DB1. 1 for stereo and the other for HT. I wanna save me the leg work to go change between the preferred presets for the mode I'm playing. I have a harmony remote control. What'd the best way to remotely control this sub?

Also got same set up for DB1 for both HT and stereo. What i do i set HT for present 1 because the DB1 will always turn on to present 1 anyway. I set stereo to present 2 and i connect 3.5 cable from the amp to DB1 set it trigger the DB1 to change to present 2. Hope it make sense.

I think I get it. I'll set preset 2 to come on by 12v triggering with my pro set to triggering on stereo. I'll try it

I did the 12v connection. It's working very well. I battled initially but it was only later that I realized it's trigger 2 that Is used for this purpose

Since I have 2 DB1's, to control my presets, the better way is also to use the Triggers ("Neutral" and "Impact"). Music in Stereo and Concerts is one of my Receiver Outputs, Cinema is a second. each of'em features it's own "triggered" subwoofer profil automatically...brilliant, much better than a remote for sure...

Meet the DB1—Unleashing a new era in B&W subwoofer design

Here is a new sub that B&W is intoducing. Sounds pretty awesome!

I think B&W is tired of losing sales to the likes of JL Audio and Velodyne.

              DB1 and 804 Diamond setup
              by TimbaLand
              Hi Guys

I am struggling to understand the DB1 manual on how to take advantage of the B&W speakers setting that exist in the DB1. I am using the DB1 in an HT setup with 804 Diamond as fronts, HTM@ Diamond as centre and 4 inceiling speakers (i forgot the model number. I have set up...

B&W DB1 and JL F113 and Emotiva... Fun day to say the least
              by BVLDARI
So I had an interesting AV day yesterday. First, Emotiva was in a suburb in Chicago. Second, my dealer is not far from where Emotiva was - so I planned an afternoon music.

My Emotiva experience was a bit disappointing. They did not have enough people there to handle the (relatively small)...

              by windshear
Im looking to upgrade to either one of these subwoofers. Im currently using a Rel Storm and a SVS SB12. A dealer has loaned me the DB1 to test and im truly impressed with its capability and control. The problem is i have no real point of reference other than my current set up. It gets even worse with...
