    Sound Anchor stands

I have a pair of 703's, great great speakers but my one concern is how they are "Tippy" from side to side from being narrow and tall. I saw through Sound Anchor web site they have custom made stands for speakers, one being the 703. Does anyone use/have this product? Would the extra 2 or so inches in width help with stability? Would they improve the sound? For US $240.00, would be a cheap upgrade for sound and for not finding them laying on the TV if knocked over.

Can not get to the web site but I believe I have a set under my 603S3. They to where not the most stable so I did some research, this was 6 years ago so I can not remember if I did purchase Sound Anchors, they did make my speakers much more stable. (I have a small dog, 90lbs, who wanted to look out the window and knocked one of my speakers over. Could have been worse, could have been a small child). If the page would load I might be able to identify them. Basically mine are flat metal brackets that mount where the spikes would normally mount, and they have brass spikes (much larger than what came with the B & W's) and cups for the spikes for hardwood floor usage. I like them. Maybe no improvement is sound but they are very stable.

Sound Anchor stands for Nautilus 802
        by DanR
Anyone who has read my thread from a few weeks ago will remember me asking if anyone had Sound Anchor stands for the N802's and what their impressions were. Unfortunately, no one who read my thread had this set up as no one responded. So I went a head and purchased them blindly. Not my usual style as...

For those that have these, can you tell me the difference between the speakers on spikes on carpet/pad and the speaker on the sound anchor stands that sit on carpet/pad? Does the stands have spikes that go through the carpet?

I notice alot of people seem to have these. Is this a worthwhile...

        802Ds and Sound Anchor
        by ninja12
Now that I have decided on the final resting spot for my 802Ds, I am going to remove the roller glides and put them on the spikes. I am also thinking about getting some speaker stands from Sound Anchors to put them on. But, before I do that, I was wondering if anyone has put their 802Ds on the spikes...

        by tboooe
Hi, i am looking for some nice stands for 804S. Searching this board, all I see mentioned are Sound Anchor (too ugly), Soundcare (just spikes), and Skylan (dont have what I am looking for).

What I am looking for is something more elegant and less obtrusive. Please see the attached...
