help with cm1 setup

New B&W CM1 owner - needs help with stands

Hi there, just restarting my hifi adventures after a few years out due to carpet crawlers! I have always wanted a pair of CM1's due to their gorgeous looks (the only speaker the wife would have) so ordered a pair and they arrived this Thursday (my first ever B&W). I am starting out by pairing them...

Cm1 To 805s? Opinions Please

I need some help in making a decision. I have a pair of CM1 speakers that I am using as mains for a two channel system . I am quite happy with the sound that I get. My Electronics are as follows
NAD-C272 Power amp 150watt
NAD-C162-Pre Amp
NAD -C521Bee CD Player
Boston Acoustics-PV700...

705 vs cm1

Some years ago I chose the B&W703 over the 704, leaving no budget for the rears. For the time being I have used my old Jamo sw300. In my new house I can’t put speakers on the wall, so the time has come for bookshelf speakers on a stand.

I’ve got a budget of aprox 800 - 1000 euros...

technical help before buying

i want to order cm5 and stav 24 stand(the only one i cant get here)
is the stand can fit to the holes in the speakers?
cm1 didnt match at all
please some one who knows..

CM1 sound fantastic...

I bought CM1 few years ago becouse i was impressed from the sound for such a small speaker, and use them as a rears for a while. After that i upgrade the rears with 805s to be match for my 803s/htm3s.... More then one year Cm1 was boxed ... Few weeks ago i decided to organize my work room (3m x 4,5m)...
