Need some help with DB 1 Sub

I just ordered a pair of DB 1 subs for my setup. I read on the internet the manual and it seems that you can make use of IR commands, but speakers are delivered without IR. There's only a mini jack.
Is there already someone in our forum with any experience??
    All information is welcome

    Regards
    Jericho

    General ASW800 sub question
    by miner
When I get my sub I will need to get a cable. I have seen the cables with the 2 jacks on one end ( for sub) and single jack for pre end. Why 2 jacks for sub end and only single jack for pre end (and does it matter if pre end is R or L channel - and, if not, why). A noob trying to understand. Thanks....

seeking advice: sub for sf concertino's
    by fmm23@mac.com
I have a pair of Sonus Faber Concertino's and want to add a subwoofer. SF has the Gravis sub, but I'd like some advice on other options, perhaps less than the $1300 that the Gravis commands. It will be used in a surround set-up with the SF solo center channel and Paradigm in-wall rear speakers....

My DIY sonotube sub is done. Pic and impressions inside.
    by JonW
It’s done and, right away, I’ll say I’m very happy with it. This was my first DIY project. Before starting, I wasn’t even sure what a router is. I borrowed one for the project. But I had so much fun making the sub that I’ve since bought my own tools and will soon be trying to build some...

    Hello again...

Long time no posts! (but still reading on ;-))
My sub project, a project that has been going on for quite some time now, is finally getting somewhere.
Lack of building places (was building it outside) and issues regarding driver availability, promised drivers...

Help design the new Behringer Sub Equalizer BSE2496C to replace the BFD...
    by Sonnie Parker
I have spoken with Behringer and they have shown serious interest in designing a replacement for the BFD that is more suited to the consumer market. As many of you may already know... the DSP1124 has been discontinued. The replacement FBQ2496 only offers 1 preset and still doesn't get us many of the...
