So from my understanding Pioneer stopped making plasmas during the recession. I see them on there website now. Have the resumed making them now?

Pioneer is out of the TV business. The models that are one the website have been there for a long time because those were the last made and there are still a few floating around.

I wish they didnt stop with the Kuros, luckily i bought a 5090H, the weird thing is that the TV is over 2 and a half years old as far as i have seen, noone beats it in picture quality, come on competition, you are not beating a 2 and half year old TV? What are you up to, stop with all the gimmicks and focus on one of the most important things, picture quality.

I really hope OLED get some traction pretty soon and gain in size.
