    Dm110i's in need of surgery!

Hello all, i previously posted a thread but no one seemed to answer, so im going to try again. Ive got a beautiful pair of dm110i's with not a single mark on them, now i was hoovering up last night, when i went to unplug the plug it slipped out of my hand and the prongs on the plug went through the driver!! :M :M :M :E

Now does anybody know how or if i can get this repaired or replaced?? I live in G.B but im wiling to send off abroad if necessary. 8O

B&W North America doesn't have any driver components in stock for the DM110 so you might have a hard time finding them in the UK as well. Due to its age, replacement drivers are going to be though to find. You can look up the info for North America here - http://www.bwgroup-support.com/partspriceavail.html - and put in the model number.

There is no reason why you can't use a better more recent driver, it will just mean you need to do both speakers.. B&W should be able to tell you which current driver would best fit your speakers..
        Main System:
        B&W 801D
        Emotiva USP-1 Pre-Amp
        Chord SPM-650 Stereo Amp
        Oppo BDP-105
        Squeezebox Touch

        Second System:
        B&W CM7
        Emotiva UMC-1
        Emotiva UPA-2
        Oppo BDP-83SE
        Grant Fidelity DAC-09

hifiguymi - Thats what i thought i tried the website but really couldn't find much atall, i dont wanna get rid of em, THere still really really good speaker in my opinion.

stuofsci02 - I never really thought of that..but aslon as they perform like these (or better) that would be awesome, aslong as i dont have to modify the cabs.
