When I tried the speakers one of them was not working :cry: . So they immediately had to replace one of the speakers. It gave a short circuit to my receiver. A cable inside of the speaker was loose and gave contact with the metal cabinet of the speaker.

Someone on another thread started using a different designation for the new Diamond series as not to confuse it with the older... seems like a great idea.
800 Diamond Series = 800Di
800 series = 800D
What do you guys think? -
Well, I am just about to buy my second HCA-1500a. I have about $1k set aside for one of my room's amps, and I can't see going to the Halo A23, as it would be a step down. Perhaps to some, not visualy, but sonically, I can't imagine the A23 besting the 1500a, especially with Martin Logan Aerius i's....
