Have an opportunity to get a good deal on a set of used Kimber 8TC with Cardas spades and plugs. Is this too much for my 604's?

Kimber kable makes very logical and high quality cables. I have owned the 8tc's myself and love them.
They are not to much for your 604's. Good quality speaker wire is good quality speaker wire. -

i thought Kimber 8TC is 11GA cable, they should work well with B&W.
just don't overspend on cables. a pair of 685 with Kimber Kable will not sound better than CM5 with regular cable.Comment

i got a onkyo 805 coming and will be building a set of RS WMTW centers and WWMT's for the fronts with a set of medula MT's for the rears...
my receiver is about 50 and 40 feet from the fronts, 45 feet from the center,... -
Just bought my first house and can finally run the speaker wire for the surrounds in-wall. For longer runs should I use 12 or 14 guage? Normally I just use 12 guage but got to thinking about it and wondered how distance factors into it, if at all. -
I have 35' of wire to my surrounds is 14 guage wire enough or would 12 guage be better Thanks Rich -
Perhaps I should have tried the B&W website first. What do they recommend? I know there are many excellent wire manufacturers out there and just as many opinions. With that said, I don't need to hear about who makes the best cables. Just the ones that mate best with the 703's. NOT any B&W... -
