    subwoofer setting for b&w cm7

I have the b&w cm7s. I am in the process of connecting a subwoofer. What settings should I put my subwoofer at to sound best with the cm7s?

    Depends.....

...how do you like your bass?

I would try the standard settings first, 80hz and 60hz

The frequency Response is 62Hz – 22kHz for the CM7.

So depending on how good your subwoofer is, you could set it to 62-65hz and it would smooth into the subwoofer.

      Brought Home New CM7s
      by Ted
I took delivery of my new CM7's today in Rosenut. I've got some 703s in the same color, so you'd think I wouldn't be quite so excited, but I am. They are replacing some Klipsch RF-5 for HT use. Eventually, I'll get a CM-C, new surrounds, and maybe even a new ASW-750 just so it all matches.

Anybody uses a subwoofer for listening to 2 ch music? My Rotel dealer suggested I buy one, even though I had told him I am interested for stereo only. I have also read this suggestion at some message boards. I know that I am able to add a subwoofer to my RC-1070, but is it really necessary, or the dealer...
