    B&W 805S

    Hello, i'm a happy owner of 805S which are juiced by a NAD S300 and Lyngdorf CD1.

    I have Belden XLR cables between the S300 and the CD1.

    Have been using Mission Quartet Solid Core speaker cables but once tried Nordost Blue Heaven and enjoyed it.

    Now i'm runing some Nordost Red Dawn Rev II and i enjoy it even most, much more organic than the Mission, terrific dinamics and grain free.

    Question: what's your experience with Nordost and B&W speakers? I've also tried Dali, Eichmann, DPA, Cable Talk, Harmony Tech, DNM and some more i can't remember... :roll:

      Congrats on the speakers!

      Someone will chime about the wiring.
      Analog: VPI Scoutmaster w/ Steel Delrin clamp + Dynavector 20XH cart
      Digital: SB3 + PS Audio Digital Link III DAC
      System: Cary Audio SLP-98P Tube Preamplifier w/ Sylvanias -> Plinius SA102 Class A amplifier -> Martin Logan SUMMITS/Strata Minis -> 8O (me)

              I finally picked up my new 805S today. And they sound great!!!! I was a little worried that maybe I should have bought the 804S but definitely no regrets here. The bass is actually quite good.

              Here is my setup:
              805S
              Rotel RB 1080
              Nordost Blue Heaven biwires...

              There's not much talk about cables here. I'm currently using Nordost red dawn. Can someone comment on nordost or other cables that you would highly recommend.
