unfortunately it is pretty hardto find a dealer who got the signature diamond on display here.
how good is the signature diamond in comparison to the 800 series or other speakers... Is the signature diamond above the 803D or is the signature diamond just a design compromise...... -
Reading some posts involving the old and new 800 Series where the diamond tweeter is concerned can be a bit confusing at times. For instance the new 805 Diamond has been labeled everything from 805D, 805Di to 805D2. According to B&W they are referencing the new series as the D2 series for short.... -

I had this really far out idea to modify my B&W 803S speakers (that’s right the 803S) with diamond tweeters. I didn’t see any technical issues that would hinder such a change. After all, the 803S is virtually identical to the 803D, with the exception of the tweeter and the additional bass driver....
