    Vintage B&W's

So I have been thinking about hooking up my old Pioneer Elite receiver to my Mac Mini and possibly using some older B&W's as the speakers (everyone seems to have the newer stuff), I've been thinking about some DM12's or DM110's something inexpensive. Any suggestions?

I started with DM 3000's. I stumbled upon them locally in the classifieds. Worth every penny. I bought new capacitors but have not installed them yet. They are the same ones as used in the Nautilus 800 series (or appear to be).

If you find a pair of these you will be happy, and they are not that expensive).

      Hi All,

The RCD 1072 running through Rotel equipment sounds fantastic, wonderful. Have a question, I'm running vintage equipment:

      Conrad Johnson PV12L PreAmp
      Denon POA 1500 power Amp
      Polk Audio SDA 1B Speakers

I realize that ultimately I'll have to test drive it...

I'm looking at buying a vintage JVC LAX3 turntable on craigslist. I'm wondering if anyone has information about this turntable or where to find any information on vintage turntables? Any help would be much appreciated.

Vintage, new, or somewhere in the middle??

I'm just about to finish up some ER18 speakers I'm building. My plan is to put these in my basement for music only. I've been told these are fairly efficient, and can be driven w/ anywhere from 50w/ch up to 150+w/ch (obviously higher is better is what I've been told).

      My original plan...
