You would probably want to set the crossover at 60hz, 100hz will make the sub easy to localize, and keep the speakers set to small. Your speakers have a frequency response 3db down @ 50hz. so your sub can handle the bass below that.

Yes, set your mains to 60Hz and also the sub.

His main/rear are both 602.5, so 60 hz for them seems reasonable... Though you might want to try 65 and 70...

maybe 80 hz for the center?, but could also try 85/90...

I'd recommend setting the x-over to 10hz higher than the lowest setting that the speakers can handle, if not 15/20hz higher.

You could try setting the sub to 80, and see how that sounds to you vs 60...

                  1056 Crossover settings - Help!
                  by drsiebling
I'm a new 1056 owner and have been doing some experimenting with the receiver's crossover settings. I'm a bit curious as to how others have theirs set. I am running B&W 602s3s all around with a M&K MX-125 sub. This is a 5.1 setup and all of my speakers are set to small. I am using high-quality...

I'm setting up the bass management of my avr and it says in the manual:

" Before making any changes to the settings for
the crossover point, we suggest that you find the
crossover point for the speakers in each of the four

                  Hi,

I was playing around with my AVR and see my speakers are set to 100hz crossover, just wondering if this is the best setting for them?

                  What do you guys run?

                  Good price for ASW650 sub
                  by hiteshgeneric
                  Hi,

I want to add the ASW650 to my existing HT set-up. With the 600 series being revamped, what kind of discounts should I be expecting from dealers ?
Typically dealers would offer 10%. But I guess with the new line coming up, I would expect them to offer much more than this...

                  Help: subwoofer @ 100hz
                  by june
                  Hello All,

Can someone help with the sub setting? On the 1068 it's at 100hz. What does this mean? I need someone to explain this in "laymen / basic terms." I don't understand the "tech talk."

                  I'm using a 10' Klipsch subwoofer.

                  thanks...
