I am looking for floor standers to replace my DM601 bookshelves. My local retailer told me CM7's are either being discontinued or a new model of CM7's are coming out soon. Any info?
Also, what is the difference between the CM7 and 685 floor models in performance and price -

I currently have 601S3 speakers. I would like to upgrade to either the 685 or CM1 speakers. My local shop is stocking the 685 speakers at £380 and the CM1's at £500.
