    need center channel that match 602 S1

    Hi,

    Just now upgrading to 5.1, have 602 S1 and would like to use them as fronts. Which B&W center would match those older speakers.

      B&W maintains information on their 'back catalog' online. The site for 600-series is:

      I'm thinking the LCR6 or the CC6 would be your best options. I used to have the CC6 with 602 S2s in the front, and it was not bad. However, I think the LCR6 would have matched better. I picked the CC6 only because of size constraints (had to fit in a predetermined space).

              I have a series one cc6 center speaker, and the tweeter does not sound as good as it should. I have a pair of 684's and i want them to match. Is there any way that i can put a new tweeter from a new series b&w speaker into my cc6?
              Since they are both 1 in tweeters, could it work?...

              I am in need of help in choosing new surround speakers for my 5.1 HT setup. I currently have 601's as my rears however my better half does not find them very pleasing to the eye on stands behind the seating area. She is also not keen on mounting big black boxes on the walls either....
