    705 and HTM7 - center channel question

    hi all,

    think i've decided to go with the 705

    is the htm7 the best match for these speaker or should i be considering alternatives also?

      Yes, HTM7 is pretty much a 705 turned side ways thus they should match well.

          That's a great match, you'll be very happy with the timbre on them.

              Our room is approximately 4.6mt * 10mts and we are wondering which sub you guys would recommend fot the following setup - 705s with htm7 and fpm6 for surrounds.

              Just ordered the 705 + HTM7 from the dealer, very nervous, exicted and 'scared', never spended that much money at once !!!

              Now it's the time to think about speaker cables (QED, Nordost), stands (should I go for the B&W one?), I'll bi-wired my front, should I do the same to the HTM7...

              I am checking out the B&W ASW750 and the Velodyn DD10 to go with my B&W 750/HTM7. The saleman at a local stereo store told me that the ASW750 is a little bit better but it has to be placed at the right position for the best sound. The DD10 can be placed anywhere and then can be programmed...

              I have B&W 703's up front, 705's in back, and an HTM7 in the center. I've had my setup for a year now (Rotel 1068, 1075, and 1060 dvd), and have re-discovered how much you can love 2 channel stereo...
