    Sig 805 or 805S??

I have the possibility of getting either. Does the new 805S incorporate all of the technology of the Sig 805? Unfortunately, my local dealer does not have Sig 805 for me to listen to. I have listened to the 805S and love them. So if love the 805s will the Sig 805 be better???

    Anyone have experience with both?

    Thanks in advance.

You are right the new 805S incorporate all of the technology plus the addition of copper and aluminium components to the magnet system to reduce variations in voice coil inductance as the coil moves in the magnetic field. thats why I got the new 805S not the sig 805 . after 300 hours break in period of time ... the sound :T Soooooo sweet ! i hope this will help you a little bit . good luck

So is my Sig 805 upgrade a bad idea?
          by luszer
After review of the press release, appears the 805S will incorporate many of the upgrades found in the Sig 805 for $1000 less?

Or is the only improvement with the release of the 805s, the curve cabinet being formed from a single piece of ply vs. the seam on the back of the old 805?...

          Questions about Sig 805
          by tboooe
Hi, I am curious if people here prefer the Sig 805 to the new 805S. I am considering getting one or the other.

Also, does the Sig use the same stands as the N805 and 805S? I can get a really good deal on these stands and was wondering if they would work with the Sig 805.

Sig 805's and subwoofer ASW CM
          by captzerg
What do you all think of the ASW CM with my Sig 805's? This is JUST for two-channel music I have a very small room this is going in. I don't want to spend alot of money. I told my dealer the next time he had a floor model on a musical subwoofer (that was inexpensive) let me know. I'd rather put my...

          S805 vs 805S
          by KenK
          Hi All,

I was able to compare to the S805 vs the 805S last week and I have a question regarding the Sig 805 voicing. First of all, they are different, 1) mid/wof is diff, 2) tweeter is diff, 3) box a little diff 4) flow port is diff. 5) they sound diff. The first thing that jumps out...

          Sig 805 vs N804
          by luszer
Trying to extract some info on what is a higher fidelity solution. I currently have n805 and not sure if the upgrade to 804s or Sig 805s would be worth the effort and extra $$.

Will I hear a marked improvement in soundstage, smoothness, realism and overall silky presentation going...
