Crossovers for Nautilus 805, HTM2

Hi all, my speaker setup as follows:

Front L/R: B&W Nautilus 805
Center: B&W Nautilus HTM2
Sides: NHT iC3 ceiling speakers
Rears: NHT iC3 celing speakers
Subwoofer: Sunfire True EQ Signature Subwoofer

My listening preferences 90% HT, 10% music. Can someone kindly advise what crossover settings should i set based on the above speaker config? My pre-amp is a Lexicon MC-4

I'd suggest all at 80 Hz as a good basis (that is the THX standard that most modern movies are mixed to) and it takes a strain of the speakers below 80hz and puts it on your sub.

If you want to tweak from there - try the mains and front at 70Hz or 60Hz and possibly the rears at 90 or 100 Hz...

However for HT my bet is that all 80 Hz would be great...
