What component, piece, or accessory item would you want to add/replace next? Come on guys, upgrades is what we live for, let's talk about em!
Sure, we've done this a 100 times before, here and elsewhere. But times change, equipment changes, let's do it again!
Right now, I am most proud of my Sonus faber Grand Piano mains, and my Rega Jupiter CD player. If I had to pick one, I think my love for the Grand Pianos never really fades. Of course, to me, that holds true for all my Sf speakers. Timeless beauty, each works of art in their own way.
Myself? I can dream a little here. Well, over the last 5 years I guess, I have developed a system that many would likely kill or maim for. Proud of that? Damn right I am. But does the desire to strive for improvement ever end, regardless of the level your system has attained? I don't think so. Myself, I would love to upgrade the brains of my home theater someday. But as priorities go, I am not sure that's most important.
Therefore, what I have my eye on next, if that can happen, I don't know that it can, is
Sonus faber Cremona mains Wow, I saw these beauties, and instantly fell in love. Finally, Amati Hommage styling, at a price that mere mortals can at least dream of owning! Owning these is a dream at present. But also, the dream has some validity. Someday, I will be in the cable business full time with a dedicated location for my business. At least that's the plan. When that will happen, I don't know. But I do know one thing, this business will have a listening/testing room, and to start out, wouldn't it be nice to have a pair of Sonus fabers laying around to get rolling with? I firmly believe the statement that I will never sell a Sonus faber speaker. Simply, they will migrate to other areas of the home/business.
