The new Sonus Faber Concertino Home

Here's a pic and some specifications for the New Sonus Faber Concertino Home I hope to soon add to the McDaniel collection. I just need a few days to get the finances straight then.....

    Volume : 9 liters
Woofer: 150 mm fiber glass cone, magnetically shielded
tweeter: 26 mm silk dome, neodymium, Ferro fluid, magn. shielded
    impedance: 6 Ohm
    sensitivity: 88 dB/1W/1m
    dimension: 8 1/4 x 10 3/4 x 12 3/4

Hopefully I can have them on site in about three weeks. Needless so say, I'll probably uplug the Grand Pianos and give these things a full run before moving them to the rear. Of course a full review will follow.

Excellente' Ken! That's the one Concert line speaker missing from my collection. Hmmm, how much again?

No no no. My banker tells me I am out of the HT market for a while. Have to be content pouring my energies and money into HTG, lol.

            Sonus Faber Concertino HOME

I'm a bottom line up-front guy so I'll open with this: It's sinful that these speakers are going to the surround position in my HT. I have about 26 hours of listening with the new Concertinos in the front position. It's safe to say that if there was any breaking in to be done, it's there; but I'll get...

            Opinions on Sonus Faber Concertino
            by andrewinmelb
            Hello all,

I'm considering the Sonus Faber Concertino Domus, either with a rotel or NAD amp. Anyone have any experience or opinions of these speakers? I'm trying to decide between the B&W 705 and the Sonus Faber.

            thanks,

            Andrew

Recommended Rotel setup for Sonus Faber
            by andrewinmelb
Hi, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm considering buying the Sonus Faber Domus Concertino (bookshelf) and am trying to decide on the am set up to use. The two rotel options I've considered are:

            - RC1070 and RB1070 (or even the RB1050, will I notice the difference...

            Sonus Faber Toy Series
            by crzycuyler
            Hello,

I have had a crush on Sonus Faber for a while now and need some help. A while back, I demoed the Sonus Faber Toy monitors when I was looking for a bookshelf speaker. I went with B&W 685s and have never stopped thinking about the Sonus Fabers. I feel that I may have made a mistake....
