    sub cable?

I just purchased a SVS Pci 20-39. I'm wondering what type of cable should I be running? If I goto BB/CC, they pretty much only sell Monster THX stuff? Is that suitable for my lovely new sub?

Run away, run away! Run FAR away! From Monster that is. :B You can buy better performing cables from any number of manufacturers for the same price as Monsters.

My performance contract with HT Guide mandates that I tell you that I chose to run dual CatCables' BlueTigers (L and R channels) to my FSR-15. :T

Where do I pick those up(www.catcables.com?--seen them for $60+ shipping) and do they work with my sub(haven't got it yet...it's on its way though) and my receiver(marantz sr-8400)???

You can order right here. Just click on the Catcables link. Its owner is LEX, who also owns this site. I have a beautiful set of component cables made by him and they rock.

I don't have any Cat cables, but I can agree that Monster is over priced and over rated. Kind of like Bose.
The Bitterness of poor quality last longer than the joy of low prices.

A couple nights ago was putting my Monster HTS5000 into a new console (Standout Designs- love it, truly first class piece) but the wire holes were not large enough for the big cable. So I took it off and reattached it. Did it at 3 AM without really paying attention and one wire is a 90% guess as to...

Robert Wise, one of the most talented and reconizable (from his movies) directors/editors in Hollywood has passed away from heart failure at 91. I knew he had made some of my favorite films, but when I went to IMDB and looked him up it shocked me. The man had a way with films - any kind of film -...

            by ht_addict
Just looking for some feedback on performance of the Monster AVS 2000 from those who own one. Currently my Monster 5000mkII indicates power levels of 108-115v coming out of my socket. Only late at night does it come close to 120v. All my equipment(RPTV, DVD, receiver) require a 120v source. My 1095...
