Is there such a thing as an Optical Splitter? I have 2 units I want to plug into my single A/V Optical. If so are ther hazards?

I am interested to know if anyone knows if there is a toslink splitter available on the market. I use a universal player (Denon 2900) with only 1 optical output. I would like to send it to 2 components (outboard Dac, ht preamp).

by SidCan anyone suggest any clues to make the multi-input from the DVD-2900 sound as good as or better than the optical input to RSP-1066.
I haven't checked on the speaker levels on the DVD-2900, but it sounds like the problem is more than speaker levels, sounds a little flat compared to the using...-

by sirbogeyI'm looking for an HDMI 4x2 or 5x2 splitter to put on top of my RSP-1098. I need at least 4 HDMI inputs (v1.3) and for sure 2 HDMI outputs; 1 for the projector the other for the TV. Sound will be decoded thru the 1098.
I also got a logitech Harmony One remote, so would love to get access...-
