what to do with mulitple HDMI sources?

What are potential solutions of having multiple HDMI sources but only a single HDMI input on my plasma? Do they make hubs or switches?
sources are the HDTV from Dish and a Denon Universal player.

They make switches. Gefen makes one I'm sure. They are NOT CHEAP though.

There are also some new receivers coming with HDMI switching on them.

Here's a site that has a variety of video switchers: Digital Connection - Switchers

They have switchers for DVI, HDMI, component, RGB, etc. The DVI and HDMI switchers are HDCP compatible. Like Shane said, they aren't cheap ($200-300 range).

Maybe you guys can provide some advice. Maybe I do not even need a switch. I have HDTV from sattelite in DVI, DVI/HDMI from Denon 2910. Should I just stick one of the two with component video and be done with it? But then I cant upscale my DVDs to 720/1080.

You could either run your DVD in component and lose the upscaling, or run your satellite box in component (if it has them) and potentially deal with downrezzed HD when the copy protection garbage deal starts being used.

Choose the lesser of two evils. For now, if you like the looks of upscaled DVD, use the HDMI for that and run the satellite with component cables. Then, down the road if stations start (ab)using the broadcast no-copy flag, add a HDMI switcher.

I'm hoping we'll start seeing pre-pros/receivers with HDMI switching built-in, or TVs and projectors with 2 or more HDMI inputs in the next generation.

We already do but the problem here is cost. Not many people out there can pay $4,000 for a receiver.

Like many people, you may not notice a difference.

              Kramer

Kramer makes a dvi switcher I am not sure if they make one for HDMI yet. Might want to check them out and see if they can help. :T

I just picked up a Gefen HDMI switcher. I'll let you know how it turns out.
