Sherbourn 1500 series binding post question and Paradigm 100 binding post questions

Can anyone confirm that the Sherbourn amp can accept 1/4" spades? I'd assume so.

How about Paradigm Studio 100s, accept bananas?

    thanks,
    Lex

    Lex,

Stereophile's review of the Studio 100's states (about the 5-way binding posts):

"too thick for many audiophile spade lugs, they still work fine with the Nordost bananas that I use"

Sorry, but I can't help you on the Sherbourn.

Thanks David. I talked to a local dealer and he said 5 way on the Paradigm. I was planning bananas to that end, so the real question is about Sherbourn on the spades. I just heard from Dan at Sherbourn, and it turns out they have standard binding posts. great!

          Spades to fit Rotel?
          by probeski
As far as i know Rotel accepts 5/16" spades. I am thinking of getting Cardas Golden Reference Speaker Cables with cardas spades which can be either 1/4" or 9mm (designed for the typical oversized european binding post). Will the 1077 work with cardas spades or will i have to get bananas;...

          Hi,

my Rotel Dealer just lent me a RMB-1075 for a weekend
listening test. It's black, I want bi-color, so he made me
          a reasonable offer - 20% off.
Beside that I'am wondering about the amps age.

          800D binding posts
          by caleb
Anyone out there with the 800Ds had any problems with the binding posts being too smooth to grip the spades from your speaker cables??

I am using Chord Signature with spades and they keep slipping out - I have only finger tightened them so far - I dont want to get a pair of Mole grips...

Customizing The Dayton Aluminum Binding Post Back Plate
          by 64NOMIS
I have been customizing the Dayton binding post back plate from partsexpress.

I needed a small rear plate with four holes for four connectors. The crossover is in the unit base and for no good reason I am running two ground lines up (well, I guess the cable is paired...). So I bought...

Stupid question, how to connect spades to the WBT 5 way binding post?
          by LED14
          Hello,
I have a Classe Cap2100 amp and I'm trying to figure how to connect spade terminated cable to it?
I can unscrew a part of the binding post but it won't disconnect and I can't see where I shod stick the spade in...?

In my speaker terminals you can...
