Macrovision disable for Arcam DV88+

    Macrovision disable for Arcam DV88+

    Apparently you can disable the macrovison on the DV88+ by entering the setup menu and keying in "2010".

    and you can set the CRT mode to yes or no.

    I have been led to believe that setting this to yes, disables macrovison, but I believe it only does so on the component (and RGB) outputs. I think it still remains active on video and s-video.

    Anyone have anything to add?

      John, I got on the Arcam website and the only Macrovision reference I found was the trademark discription in the owner's manual. I'll keep looking. . .

          I apologize ahead on this if it's been covered..but I can't see a way to turn the sub off, for only the multi input..is it possible? The 1.50 update I just installed says that you can now disable the sub for individual inputs.
