Surrounds : Atmos 4 Nos

To buy :
Blue Ray player - probably get Panasonic at this point
7.1 preamp.....want one with 1.3 HDMI & 1080P upscaling..any recomendations
...... was looking at NADT175...but no upscaler....
Cable transmission is only MPEG4 in this part of the world.
