So the ipod has digital output? There is no mention on how it works. I know the sound processor in the ipods has a S/PDIF line but I didn't know it's connected to anything. So they must enable a bypass of the internal DAC. Still think it's too expensive. Although there are shameless $2000 ripoff schemes to enable this on ipods. Video out is missing. -
