Here is a device I derived out of total laziness.
By using the 12vdc trigger in my processor it turns in all (3) B&K ST-140's, (4) QSC 1450's, (2) Ashly PEQ's, (1) BFD, (1) Marchand BASSIS.
The problem was that most turn-on devices are single outlet.I needed enough outlets for low level devices and enough power (AC) for the power amps.
I ended up with (2) QSC's on each 20a line.The line level components share a 20a line.(2) B&K's share a 20a line and the third B&K shares the fourth 20a line.
Now the yellow relays on the top are delayed turn on.This is so everything turns on the proper sequence and avoids turn on thump. The devices are rated for 20a.
The yellow delayed relays run on 24vdc.There is a 24vdc powersupply in the first box that powers the large relays. That 24vdc carries on through from one box to the other with the wires around the orange jumper. The orange jumper carries 110vac from one box to the other for low level components.
So...When the processor turns on the first components on are the four line level components. Then the B&K's then one set of QSC's then the other set of QSC's.
My goal was a one button turn on using the macro's in my Marantz RC2000 remote.
