Hi, Elliot, welcome to the Guide. You may want to click on the Media Design Center banner at the top of these screens. The company, and Brent the owner, are there in Texas and should be just what you're looking for.

Well, we're safe for now. Thank goodness we're in a bowling alley.

There is a Home Theate Store in Austin. They have some very high-end equipment there. I know they carry Denon but Ihighly suggest you demo the Rotel receivers and B&W speakers.

By all means, take this opportunity to start fresh by auditioning several makes.

        Especially speakers.

Without music to decorate it, time is just a bunch of boring
production deadlines or dates by which bills must be paid.

          Thank you....

I will give the media design center a call.

I went to the Home theater store and they do indeed sell the Rotel and B&W....but everything at high prices and not all the combinations hooked up to demo.....I did like the B&W 805's...but I felt that the A/V receivers were highly priced.....IMHO

          Regards

          Elliot

You don't have to be a speaker builder or bring anything to attend, just someone interested in what goes...

Any Rotel Dealer suggestions in Texas?
            by Patrick TX
There is no Dealer in San Antonio, damnit! I'm hoping to find a place that is not shifty on service / warranty / return. I have heard some interesting stories about the Home Theater Store chain...I travel to Dallas/FW, Houston & Austin. Someone that will deal would be nice, or maybe a trade in policy?...
