I'm not overly enthusiastic about Denon's sound with music so that will probably be medium-good as opposed to extremely-good. Should work great for movies though.

I have a Denon AVR-2800 running Paradigm studio 40's, 20's, and CC, v.2, and a PW-2200. Since the Denon 2800 only has preouts for the fronts and center and I use the "B" speaker input for a second zone so I need a new receiver rather then adding just an amp.

Just read about this thing and found it interesting. BD/SACD/DVD-A all in one with balanced outputs and the whole nine yards. Pricey, but pretty cool to see someone do it.
