Creative Gigaworks for HT speaker system??

I am wanting to build a nice ht speaker system, but I don't want to pay thousands of dollars to do it. I was wondering if there was any way to hook up the Creative Gigaworks S750 speaker system to a ht receiver. I just bought a Yamaha RX-V750 receiver. Do I need the DDTS-100 decoder to do this, and how would the decoder interface with the receiver? If anyone has successfuly done this, please reply.

    Thanks in advance!

I have decided to purchase one of the above based on features compared to other brands although I read a certain Hifi Website that in his opinion Yamaha has done something to the sound as it sounds alot better than the 1400 it replaced and "miles ahead of the 750"...
