DTS Demo #4

Man oh Man! I just received this disc yesterday. It is worth it for the Haunting clip alone. My wife kept asking me Is that hear fingers I hear moving on the sheets? Of course I just kept smiling It was pretty cool to here the level of detail however, it was the bass from that clip that stole the show!!! I can not say enough about it. This is a awesome disc. There is no doubt in my mind that a DTS version of the Haunting will find a home in my collection

Lex you mean you don't have DTS #4...and you own Shiva subs...thats tragic. The bass thats in the Haunting is truly reference material, as is the foot stomps in the Antz clip.

I too am surprised that you do not own this disc. Knowing that you are like me (In Love with DTS), I would have thought this to be...old news.

Though I totally agree with you assesment of the Haunting, I was not as moved by the Antz clip. IMO, the dynamics (trying to bite through the ziplock) is better on the DD version. I thought that the bass (sneaker scene) was equal to the DD ver. Of course my equipment isn't as nice as yours so, I could be way out of the ball parkh:

Thanks john, hope to see you around in the future. Interesting thoughts on the Antz clip, if've not seen the DD version so I can't comment on that part but with my old SonoSub it would easily shake the walls when the foot stomped down. I know TV did some tests on those clips, I'll have to see if I can dig them up and compare the haunting to Antz...

Guys, the problem is, when you are Moderator, frequently, we spend our time posting replies, and not surfing, finding deals, etc... If I don't hear about it from you guys, odds are good, I don't even know it exists! lol.

So, helpful tips to us moderators and admins is very much appreciated when this stuff occurs. I am finding I have less and less time, it seems for magazines, surfing, and the like.
