I would be very interested in the DVD. I remember seeing Simon & Garfunkel in 1969 at the old Forest Hills Tennis Stadium (Center Court). They were a pretty amazing act back then. Paul Simon was without doubt a one of a kind talent - an original songwriter and a great guitarist.

There are so many cd's remastered and reissued and the like of S&G - I don't really know if another live set of cd's of their music is really one to add to my collection..but as is now becoming par for the course today - you cannot purchase the dvd alone without springing for the cd's. This type of packaging-marketing turns me off.

Any reviews of the dvd would certainly be welcome.

Another bonus in this DVD is the mix..... For the first time the surrounds are used to fill the room as far as reverb goes....AND the crowd gets filled in....The soundstage is wide....I mean WIDE...

Yeah I finaly had a chance to sit and watch this and I agree. The surrounds are used much more aggresively than most concert DVD's and I really enjoyed that. The PQ was very good as well.

I thouroughly enjoyed the show. On a scale of 1-5 5 being the best of the best I rate it a 4.

I would buy it again if I lost this one.
