    Legacy Audio Speakers

Did anyone catch the Legacy Aeris speakers recently? I had a chance to hear them at the show the other day, and these are simply on another level. The dynamics, detail and clarity were incredible, unlike anything I've heard before (and I've listened to a lot- some of my now former favorites were Wilson, B&W, Focal Grand Utopia, and McIntosh).
The finish on all of the Legacy speakers at the show was impressive as well- must be seen in person.

Has anyone heard the latest versions from Legacy? I feel like they would be great for home theater as well.
I understand the rave reviews now, well deserved!

Also check out the track No Sanctuary Here, by Chris Jones. Great recording I discovered there!

I'm familiar with some of the older model large Legacy systems, like the Whispers, (which are ancestors of these) but haven't been to a show in a while and haven't heard these. I would expect these to do well with good source components. It does appear to be a partial dipole design, and of course I "approve" of the use of Clarity caps in the crossover... :W

I remember reading a review on those or similar legacy in stereophile I think. Very well liked! And they are partial dipole like Jon mentions. Would have enjoyed hearing those, haven't been to an audio show in some time.

        Parasound and Legacy.... Opinions anyone??
        by eraserhead
Looking to see if anyone in the forum has any experience with the parasound line and legacy whispers / marquis center / victoria surrounds. I’m considering an upgrade in the very near future – and am assessing the economic feasibility of the move.

        I’m currently running a c1/a51...

How will Statement II's Compare with Legacy Classics
        by Daverph
Hello All, I have been wanting to build some Statement II's for awhile and hopefully will start them in a month or so. I currently use Legacy Classics as my main fronts and was wondering how the Statements will compare. Use in a 14.5 x 28 ft dedicated home theater room. I really love the Legacy's...

        TRON Legacy soundtrack clipping
        by Rod#S
        Hello;

I picked up TRON Legacy last week and when viewing I noticed numerous times what seemed to be distortion/clipping coming from my front speakers from the intense soundtrack. This has been the first film I have noticed this occur on any movie and I was wondering if anyone else has...

TV Show "Kevin Can Wait" BAD changes
        by Lex
TV Show KEVIN CAN WAIT I enjoyed the show Kevin can Wait last year with Kevin James and Erinn Hayes.

Then, Kevin James, or producers, and writers decide they can't make the show last more than 1 more season with writing for Kevin and Erinn as a couple. Seriously? Erinn was fresh,...
