    Gallo 3.1

    Hi Guys,
    Just picked up some new toys, Gallo 3.1 with Sound Anchor stands. I am still breaking these in but the soundstage is very wide, bass tight. Imaging is incredible, almost spooky real. I love these so far.

        Congrats on the new speakers ! If you like the imaging the way they are now get them moved out further and you'll REALLY notice an improvement. Your TV in between them is a liability for sure.

          Hi Guys,
          Thanks for posting. I am using the Krell on these and it sounds great. Very controlled, but they are still breaking in. The Sound Anchors help with the bass. This room is terrible sound wise - vaulted ceiling, tile floors, glass door, etc.. I hope to build a small listening room out of my porch later on with a flat screen tv and that should be ideal.

              RSX-1067 Zone Channels as Sub Amp for Gallo Ref3's?
              by methril
              I'm having a tough time finding a quality crossover to filter the full range line-level signal from my receiver's pre-outs prior to running them through a separate 2-channel amp (NAD C370) to power the 2nd set of subwoofer voice coils on my Gallo Reference 3's. Guess I'll just have to wait for the Gallo...

              B&W 804S Vs. Gallo Reference 3's
              by LikeCoiledSteel
              I recently demo'd some B&W 804S's at a local dealer. I am not sure if they were just not fully broken in yet, but they sounded boxed in. Not what I was expecting. Imaging was very good and was pace, they just sounded a bit constrained.

              I am now looking at the Gallo's and will demo...

              Gallo Reference 3 or B&W804S/803S??
              by nyny
              Hi guys, I am planning to setup a dedicated two-channel system and I am considering the following speakers:

              * Anthony Gallo Ref 3
              * B&W 804S
              * B&W 803S

              Does anyone have a chance to listen to these speakers? Any comments would be appreciated.

              by nyny
              Hi guys, I am planning to setup a dedicated two channel system and wold like to get yor thoughts. One of the speakers that I am currently looking into is the Anthony Gallo Reference 3. I am wondering if the Ref 3 would sound good driven by Rotel RB-1080. Any comments would be appreciated.

              by LikeCoiledSteel
              Hi Everyone,
              I am looking to upgrade my 2 channel and HT speakers and was thinking about the Gallo Reference 3/3.1's. I had demoed them recently and were really impressed by them using the sub amp. Please let me know if anyone here uses these or used to, and your impressions, any drawbacks, etc......
